Recently a huge in-game event concluded in Fortnite. MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge concluded a while ago. The Popular event pulled a number of players from around the world. Everyone played in hopes of winning a grand prize of 1 million dollars in this survival challenge.

And in the end, Fortnite streamer GUILD Anas won the grand prize. He took the grand prize of 1 million dollars, while many runner-ups won a unique in-game glider.

Fans are claiming that MrBeast’s Fortnite extreme survival challenge had numerous glitches

While GUILD Anas proved his metal by completing all seven challenges in this event with the highest of scores. Some fans were left unsatisfied and claimed that the event was full of bugs and glitches.

One Reddit user by the name of LifeAccordingToLevi made a post on the official Fortnite Battle Royale sub to let his disappointment known. He detailed how he practiced for this event for weeks and once the real challenge started; he found himself waiting for the game to load.

He said, “Many times I died because I wasn’t fully loaded in and I just get obliterated by the obstacles when I can’t even move. Other times it seems so RNG.

There are many luck factors in this mini-game, for example, how many people are in your lobby, whether many know what they are doing, whether you’ll get screwed over by a glitch, the order of mini-games, etc. I am frustrated because I had 850 health left when I had about 69,000 points.”

A number of other frustrated players followed this post with their own experiences.

A number of players also mentioned facing glitches during the event. And most of them seem to have faced the loading issue.

All these issues are not uncommon in such events. It is evident that many people participated in this event. And when so many people crowd the servers of a game for such an event, issues like these are common.

Even in the frustration of not winning the event, some fans hope to see a similar event again someday.
