Clay aka Dream is a Twitch streamer and Youtuber. He is best known for his interesting Minecraft-related streams. Dream is also famous for his interesting face mask that he puts on while streaming on his social media. Recently in October, he released a face reveal video on YouTube. After the video was posted, it received many negative criticisms. The height of negativity reached a point where he decided to quit YouTube and remove all his identity reveal photos from social media.

Dream’s view on storytelling in Minecraft

Dream’s popularity is more because of his amazing Minecraft-based streams. In this exclusive interview, he was direct in pointing out his ideas as a streamer. Dream spoke about his sole focus on entertaining his followers through quality content on both Minecraft gameplay and YouTube streams. He said that since the beginning of his life; he wanted to become an author. Dream candidly opened up about his passion for storytelling- “I love storytelling. I grew up wanting to be an author. I wrote two 75,000-word novels when I was 16, and that was my dream job.”

He further added about his debut days as a streamer on YouTube with very minimal subscribers. He almost took us to all of our nostalgic past days, talking about making genuine memories with friends and streaming those in the early days of his career. Throughout the video, Dream appeared very real and straightforward about his ideals and visions about content creation- “In my videos, I capture genuine moments with my friends, who have been with me since we were kids.”
