The Call of Duty gaming community was left in a state of shock at the news of recent death of a voice actor. Multiple gaming fans and media personalities offered their condolences on the death of famous actor Paul Reubens. He is famous for a variety of roles her played in the entertainment and gaming industry. His most iconic role, however, will remain of the happy-go-lucky guy Pee-wee Herman.

But multiple fans also remember him for his prominent roles in games like Minecraft: Story Mode and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Zombies Mode. And they have flooded the internet with their favorite memories of Reubens’ characters in-game.

Call of Duty voice actor passes away at the age of 70

Renowned voice actor Paul Reubens passed away at the age of 70 after facing a battle with cancer. In a posthumous message shared by Reubens, he said, “Please accept my apology for not going public with what I’ve been facing the last six years”. The abrupt death of the Call of Duty voice actor along with this heartbreaking note shocked his admirers. He was known in the CoD community for his voice acting role in the Infinite Warfare Zombies mode as antagonist Willard Wyler.

Furthermore, he also played the role of antagonist again in Minecraft: Story Mode. Reubens played Ivor, the villain of the Season Pass. However, as the story progressed, Ivor became a supporting character, even becoming a major protagonist of the Adventure Pass.
