On the other hand, God of War: Ragnarok is way more linear in nature and has a semi-open world map.

In Elden Ring players have hundreds of weapons and armor combinations and numerous classes to choose from, while in God of War: Ragnarok players just have what they are given. In God of War, players follow a very straightforward XP-based level-up system, while the other is more souls in nature.
