Dr. DisRespect is a name that needs no introduction in the gaming community. With his bold speaking style and his mastery of the FPS world, the 41-year-old is among the top streamers. However, the streamer has been banned for quite a while from the biggest streaming platform, Twitch. While he has made YouTube his new home, there are talks going on that the Doc might join Kick soon.

Dr DisRespect joins the newly launched Threads platform

The Doc has been making quite some news with his Threads debut. The streamer shared his first post on Threads with a cryptic message, “Looks like I’m late… but I’m really right on time. Think about it”. This enigmatic post from the streamer has led to his fans speculate what the streamer meant by that. While the masses still believe this was just Doc’s style of arriving on the app, some think he is teasing something else.

His wordings to think about the thread have led many fans to believe that he is hinting at his FPS game, Deadrop. The game has been in the works for quite a while by Midnight Society, a AAA studio launched by the streamer. The streamer has had high hopes for this FPS title with an NFT angle too. Furthermore, the game has been out for early access since March 2023.

However, it is still not confirmed whether the Doc will use a fairly new platform to announce the game. It would make more fiscal sense if Dr DisRespect joined Kick and then launched the game. But for now, fans are enjoying the Doc joining Meta’s Threads. What are your thoughts on Dr DisRespect possibly releasing his game Deadrop this year? Let us know in the comments section below.
