In the ChessBoxing 2022 event ex Twitch streamer, Ludwig hosted many content creators and made them fight each other in bouts of boxing and chess. Ludwig also participated in a fight, where instead of boxing he faced the famous Anime Tuber CDawgVA in a slapchess match. 

But in a recent stream, one of the biggest streamers of Twitch, xQc, revealed he was supposed to be on the stage against Ludwig. This reveal enraged the fans as they called him out for not visiting the event and facing the Moghul. 

Why didn’t xQc attend the Chess boxing 2022 event by Ludwig? 

The event by Ludwig was as wild as could have been. The event featured many renowned influencers and featured them in Boxing cards, but this wasn’t like any other boxing event.  Fighters had to sit for a game of chess in-between rounds of boxing.

The winners of the match-ups were determined by either Boxing scores or checkmates in chess. But the Mogul himself didn’t leave the action as in the final event. Ludwig participated in a SlapChess match, where instead of boxing, the participants slapped each other and played chess.

In the SlapChess match, Welsh anime YouTuber CDawgVA faced Ludwig. They fought each other valiantly, giving no opportunities to the other to get the upper hand. But in the end CDawg Beat Ludwig in chess with a timeout. The crowd was electrified by the insane matchup.

Reacting to this match up, xQc confessed that he was the one who was supposed to go against Ludwig instead of Connor. But he missed the event, simply because he overslept. He confessed that he woke up when he was supposed to be on the stage and also missed rehearsals. 

Fans were very angry by this, one of them wrote in the comments, “Imagine canceling big plans because you didnt ”wake up ”. Hes pushing 30 and my man got 0 discipline . Feels like hes still a 16 years old kid in his head and he just dont give a shit about it . Just to show u that money dont makes mans .” 

Another YouTuber named penguinz0 aka MoistCritical on Twitch also confessed the same. He told that Ludwig had approached him 8 months ago for the fight. But unlike xQc he gave his honest reasons that he was just too scared to participate.
