“Imma Find Out Who the Person…” YouTube Star KSI Alleges “Someone at YouTube” Stole $10,000 From Him

Influencer-turned-boxer KSI has been an avid contributor to the content creation industry. Even though he impresses the world with his boxing prowess, YouTube content creation is a constant for him. And while he was about to release a new video recently, he claimed that someone at YouTube already took benefit of the Amazon gift cards that were actually for the fans.

Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji is popularly known as KSI. Throughout the years, he has been producing content that has been much loved by the community. On top of that, he is a pivotal member of the influencer boxing genre. Moreover, he is also a member of the British YouTube group Sidemen. There he can be seen producing engaging content for the community. However, it seems his recent video gift cards were already claimed by someone at YouTube.

KSI voices his thoughts after $10,000 worth of Amazon gift cards gets claimed before the video went live

Recently, the Twitter user Jake Lucky (@JakeSucky) tweeted about the scenario of over $10,000 worth of Amazon gift cards of KSI’s recent video getting claimed before the video had gone live. He tweeted, “KSI claims that on a scheduled YouTube video which was giving away gift cards, $10,000+ in gift cards were claimed before it went live. The only people to see the video were himself, Mo, and YouTube employees reviewing the video…”

Moreover, in his tweet, KSI’s statements were seen describing the scenario from his side. KSI said, “Well…No point trying to collect the gift cards in the latest TNTL. It’s been claimed before the video is even out lmao. It’s not me, it’s not Mo, the only person that’s watched the video is someone at YouTube to check whether the video should be demonetised or not 😂😂😂.”

Moreover, he exclaimed, “Imma find out who the person that works for YouTube is, cos this ain’t it. Bro just made 10K+ in amazon gift cards :/.” Thus, one can see the tweets made by KSI below:

Thus, as per KSI’s tweets, it seems he will be looking into what went down on Amazon Gift Cards getting claimed before the video went live. Surely, this comes as a shock, as the star had prepared it as a gift for the community. Hence, it is hoped that the issue is sorted out.

JJ’s close confidant speaks further about the situation to vividly describe what happened

To throw some light on the issue, KSI’s YouTube editor Mo Syed spoke on the subject. He tweeted about the fact that the video was delayed due to timings. Subsequently, the video was kept private on the platform. However, he further said that the codes were “claimed whilst video was “manually” checked by Youtube.”

Moreover, he further concludingly tweeted, “Tbh JJ didn’t have to do these giveaways. But he did coz be cares about his fans and makes sure everyone enjoys the content too. Then you have these greedy people who try to ruin it for everyone… I can’t wait for this giveaway series to be over so we can just go back to normal.” Thus, the mis-happening surely has puzzled the video owners and it is hoped that things get solved as soon as possible.
