An Xbox Mobile Store is rumored to be in the works and will make Microsoft a prominent name in the mobile gaming niche soon. With that in mind, Microsoft understandably wants to explore its opinions and reach out to more fans.

The news might hint that Xbox is probably working on bringing its popular titles to mobile devices. Call of Duty Mobile is a hugely popular game, and Xbox obviously wants a piece of the action.

The upcoming Xbox Mobile Store isn’t the only thing revealed by Tom Warren in the recent podcast. It has been revealed that Microsoft also updated its servers for the Xbox 360 with CoD coming under the brand’s fold. The Competitions and Market Authority (CMA) also approved the Microsoft-Activision deal in July despite the FTC case being concluded only recently.

The expert also believes that the acquisition will take some time to reflect on the market, especially in the EU. He mentions that the impacts might become apparent by the time of the next-gen consoles as well. However, with Xbox Game Pass dropping this Tuesday, we can also expect to see some older CoD titles being the star of the show.
