Glitches are not a rare sight in games. While some of these are game-breaking, others are harmless and sometimes make for a good laugh. Fortnite has had its fair share of glitches. In previous instances, Epic has also banned people for exploiting certain glitches.

SypherPK recently came across a glitch in the game. He is one of the few people who know about the glitch which allows players to reduce the size of their weapons.

However, there haven’t been any instances of Epic handing out bans to players using the glitch as it doesn’t affect the game.

To make the glitch work successfully, players need a fishing rod and a harpoon. SypherPK, in a recent video, displayed how players can use these items to get a tiny version of their weapons.

SypherPK explains Fortnite glitch, which reduces weapon size

The first item that players need is a fishing rod. Once they have it, they can either find a weapon already on the ground or drop one. Next, they need to stand away from the weapon and pull it with the rod.

While they pull it, they need to jump in the air. The timing needs to be perfect, and if they get it right, the weapon will float in the air.

As soon as the weapon starts floating in the air, players can use their harpoon to grab it. If the players get everything right, upon striking the weapon with the harpoon, it becomes extremely small.

While this glitch makes the weapons appear tiny as they lay on the ground, the effect doesn’t stay when players equip them. It is just a visual glitch that might make for a few good laughs.

Moreover, it is also a challenge since it is extremely difficult to do. Sypher also admitted that he could do it successfully only a couple of times.

Nevertheless, watching Sypher try it out was really hilarious. Don’t miss out on his exclusive interview with EssentiallySports where he talks about Fortnite, SBMM, next-gen consoles, and much more.
