Following the massive reveal of MWIII during the Gamescom event, Activision had revealed that the new FPS title will be supported on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One alongside the PS5 and Xbox Series X\S.

It simply means gamers owning the last gen devices need not worry too much. Call of Duty Modern Warfare III Beta will be available for them when it’s out. However, they will have to follow certain necessary steps, if they want to enjoy it early.
Those looking to get their hands on the Beta ahead of others need to pre-order MWIII. They can either purchase the Standard Edition or the Vault Edition in order to get an early access. Once the Beta goes live, they can simply dive into it.

Activision has confirmed the Beta will offer an extended look at the Multiplayer gameplay. It will also feature a selection from 16 remastered maps coming back from 2009’s Modern Warfare 2. Here’s a list of the maps confirmed for the Beta weekends:

Moreover, the players will also get to witness the brand new Zombies mode. It will also be available during the Beta phase. The mode will present an open world setting, based on a PvE format. Players will need to fight hordes of the undead while trying to loot items and extract successfully. Once again, Modern Warfare III’s Beta will be there on the PS5, Xbox Series X\S, PS4, and Xbox One.
