Avalanche Software’s latest open-world RPG project, Hogwarts Legacy, based on the magical world by J.K. Rowling will release this year, 2022. Five years since the beginning of its initial development stages, the title promises to take fans on a ride like no other through the wizarding world from their favorite childhood books/movies.
While it is no surprise the sole creator of Harry Potter’s multi-billion dollar franchise, J.K. Rowling, has profited enormously from the books and movies, she has also had a good stake of the profits in the books’ theater adaptions and theme parks.
