With the available details till now, Spider-Man 2 is already giving hints at becoming one of the most successful releases of all time, and many industry insiders are also convinced about its market performance.

Speculations on play-time and the main villain of Spider-Man2

In a recent interview, Smith mentioned that Spider-Man 2 will also have a play-time roughly similar to Marvel’s Spider-Man. If that is true, we expect somewhere around 17 hours of run-time for the upcoming release as well. However, perfectionists and completionists may take much longer, if not double the time, to finish every quest and mission of the game and achieve 100% completion. Gamescom host Geoff Keighley recently shared his thoughts on the game after having early access. Keighley believes Spider-Man 2 “may end up as the best superhero video game of all time.

Along with its run-time, the devs have also sparked several rumors about the game’s potential main villains. While we expect cult baddies like Kraven the Hunter and Venom to make an appearance in Spider-Man 2, trying to take over New York City. Still, there is no concrete knowledge as to who will be the main boss that Spidey will need to take down.
