Crystal Dynamics took to social media to assure the fans that it wasn’t affected by this decision. In fact, it had clarified that there will be no impact on its efforts of working on the next Tomb Raider title.

Now it looks like the situation has gone from bad to worse. The studio recently dropped a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), while revealing that it has laid off 10 of its employees so far. Further, Crystal Dynamics explained it was difficult, but they had no other choice.
