Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has always been vocal with his opinions. Case in point: he recently slammed the South-Korean MMO Lost Ark for being boring despite his viewership’s constant demands and even hit back at YouTuber MatPat for criticizing Twitch and its creators.

Likewise, the 26-year-old has made it clear in the past that he doesn’t want a driver’s license. Although it might seem absurd to the uninitiated, it’s common knowledge to the streamer’s fanbase. His lack of a driver’s license is one of the most spammed quips the streamer has to deal with during his streams.

In a recent stream, the former Overwatch pro reiterated his lack of driving credentials to his audience.

xQc emphasizes his lack of a Driver’s license

In the video, the Canadian streamer recounts his experience at the embassy.

“I had to write a letter on the fly of why I don’t have a ID, why I don’t have a driver’s license, and what will I do in the future to get one. Otherwise, I acknowledge that the government will not be working with me anymore.”

Although that would be a point of concern for common-folk, xQc is simply built differently as the streamer chuckled, recounting his experience.

xQc has admitted to not wanting a license in the past. Additionally, the streamer cited himself as being “irresponsible” as the primary reason for that. Felix said on the stream that he does not want to endanger himself or others.

Despite this, he bought a $300,000 McLaren 720s Spider for himself back in 2021. The move threw much of his fanbase for a loop, as xQc admitted:

“When I saw this, I just wanted it. That’s just what I want, it is what it is.” 

Suspecting fans called out the streamer for trolling his audience, given his lack of a driver’s license. But in a subsequent stream, xQc revealed the sleek vehicle resting in his garage shutting up doubters for good. Given the beautiful machine collecting dust in his garage and the recent knock from the Government, fans might soon see xQc finally getting his license.
