This year’s Sidemen Charity Match is returning with a bang. Following the immense success of last year’s match, UK supergroup Sidemen are back with a new one. Joining the lineup are well-known YouTubers like MrBeast, xQc, and many more. However, IShowSpeed might miss out on playing in this match.

IShowSpeed was part of last year’s charity match and was thoroughly loved by the fans. This year, however, it looks like the content creator might have to sit this one out. And the reason for this is a recent severe health crisis.

IShowSpeed might not be playing in the charity match 

IShowSpeed recently went through a rollercoaster of emotions during his Japan trip. He got to meet his idol Cristiano Ronaldo and Kim Kardashian. After all these joyous moments, the streamer experienced some bad ones too.

He got swelling in his eyes and was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. The condition worsened and he had to be rushed to the hospital. The streamer has since recovered from the swelling and returned to the US to carry out his first stream back.

However, all this trouble in Japan might throw a wrench in his plans to go to the UK. During his latest stream, IShowSpeed said, “Chat do you all think I will be good until the charity match? Do you all think I will be well enough to play in the charity match? Cause my doctors right now are saying a whole different story.”

With this revelation, IShowSpeed has confirmed he may not be playing in the Sidemen match if his condition is not cured by then.

People confirmed to play in Sidemen charity match 2023

The Sidemen Charity Match is going to take place on September 9th at the London Stadium. Furthermore, this event has sold out its 60,000 tickets for the match. And the list of players is a star-studded one too.

All the Sidemen, namely KSI, Behzinga, Miniminter, Vikkstar123, Zerkaa, TBJZL, and W2S, will be taking part in the match. Furthermore, MrBeast and Chandler, as well as xQc, have confirmed their participation in the match.

Danny Aarons, JME, and Theo Baker have all confirmed their participation at the tournament. With 13 people announced, only 9 people remain to be declared.
