MrBeast is at the peak of the YouTube world. In August alone, he released 4 videos that averaged over 130 million views each. With him becoming the second-biggest channel on YouTube, netizens call him a strong contender for the top spot. However, his fellow YouTuber Jacksepticeye does not share the same views as the general masses.

He shared his views on the recent video uploaded by TommyInnit. The premise of the video was a simple one too. TommyInnit, Jacksepticeye, Tubbo, and Jack Manifold took turns using a lie detector machine on others and shared their personal thoughts. The whole debacle that went on between MrBeast and Jacksepticeye

When it was Jacksepticeye’s turn to be strapped on the lie detector, TommyInnit came forward with a surprising question. “Do you like MrBeast?” Jacksepticeye replied with a single word- “No.” Taking the questionnaire further, Tommy asked, “Do you think MrBeast ruined YouTube?” and Jack replied “Yes.”

When asked why he dislikes the content MrBeast makes, Jack shared, “Because it became more about views money and popularity than it did about having fun.” Jack did not stop here and claimed, “If he had fun doing those videos they’d be longer. We’d see the fun.”

Furthermore, MrBeast also gave his statements on Jacksepticeye’s views on his content. He responded to Jack, stating, “So, I ‘ruined YouTube’ because I didn’t buy a mansion and sports cars and instead reinvested my money into making content/focused on doing good and inspiring kids to help people?”

Furthermore, MrBeast went on to state how “insanely disrespectful” the comments made by Jack were for his content. But MrBeast also decided to be the bigger man and stop this feud then and there. He shared a follow-up tweet with his fans, claiming the two have talked about it and are on good terms now. Even Jacksepticeye responded to the tweet made by MrBeast, showing everything is fine between them.

While both parties decided to nip the problem in the bud, the netizens have continued the debate. Some are claiming MrBeast pioneered the YouTube formula, making it more enjoyable. On the other hand, some agree with Jacksepticeye, stating YouTube videos have become too fast-paced.
