Tarik is arguably the biggest Valorant star right now. He is also a former professional CS:GO player who has been associated with multiple popular Esports teams in the past. In a recent stream on Twitch, Tarik said he thinks trash-talking is an inherent part of the community and should not be canceled out.

Reacting to banter at the Valorant Champions, Tarik also reacted by saying he’s enjoying the celebs going at each other. During a reporter conference during the championship, members of the Esports group EG engaged in a verbal diss of Bilibili Knight, another Valorant team. Tarik was evidently pretty amused with the whole scenario and couldn’t stop laughing.

Tarik also understands banter and trash-talk are just part of the game and takes things as they are. While Tarik faces such comments regularly, he normally doesn’t react to the same. Here is a video of Tarik taking the fight to an online player after being trash-talked.

Tarik seems entertained by the other player’s “stupid logic” and levels up himself, making the other player rage-quit mid-round. It’s clear that the legendary streamer has his views clear about trash-talking and its part in the gaming culture.
