As a new leak materializes, it looks increasingly likely that Ubisoft pulled a lot of strings to get this Xbox character on their game.

Klobrille, an X account focusing on reporting Xbox-related news, reported the imminent addition of the Master Chief skin to Rainbow Six Siege. The skin would be a part of the Sledge operator.

Master Chief set to come to Rainbow Six Siege

Rainbow Six Siege remains a key title for Ubisoft. Commanding a massive player base, Ubisoft continues to bring content to the game to keep audiences engaged. As a result, it saw collaborations with WWE, Yakuza, Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed, and even Nier. With this new leak, it looks like Ubisoft bagged a new character to bring into the fold. Master Chief from Xbox’s Halo franchise is set to arrive in Six Siege.

This is evident by the hammer Master Chief carries in the video since it is a part of Sledge’s loadout. Ubisoft did not confirm the leak yet. What is even more fascinating is where the skin will be released. Rainbow Six Siege is available on PlayStation consoles as well, while Master Chief is part of one of Microsoft’s biggest IPs. Fans’ concerns are if the skin will actually come to PlayStation.

Regardless, the skin looks incredible from the video that was leaked. Master Chief’s signature suit, as seen in Halo: Infinite, emanates a glow and a crackle of energy passes through the character. The video cuts out just as Master Chief is about to remove the helmet. The skin is expected to arrive on the game in the next season update. Rainbow Six Siege’s season, Heavy Mettle, is set to bring a host of changes to the game. In addition to a new operator, Ram, joining the game, the new season will also change the modes available for play. The game will see changes to the Ranked and Quick Match modes. Fans hope Ubisoft confirms the inclusion soon.
