Fortnite is rumored to release another anime skin this month. And who could blame them for this fan service? All the Fortnite fans are gobbling up the anime skins released, primarily due to their unique cel-shaded style and different outfit options. This trend started with popular characters from Naruto making their way to the battle royale, followed by Attack on Titans and My Hero Academia.

But seems like Epic Games has taken a liking to Dragon Ball characters. The Fortnite creators launched the first Round of Dragon Ball skins in August 2022, with Goku and Vegeta entering the game. Following the success, they released a second round of Dragon Ball skins in December 2022, bringing Gohan and Piccolo. And if recent rumors are true, now a character from Dragon Ball Super is entering Fortnite’s world.

A new Goku skin is rumored to make its way to Fortnite

In his Tweet, Fortnite leaker HYPEX shares about a new Dragon Ball skin coming to the game. And the skin is none other than Dragon Ball Super’s beloved villain, Goku Black. He also specified the skin will most possibly drop tomorrow (May 9) on Goku Day. He credited these findings to GMatrixGames who mined the textures of a skin code-named DualParadox. After analysing the textures he stated, “Can 99% confirm, that it is in fact Goku Black with a style for Super Saiyan Rosé.” 

This DualParadox skin was first found by ShiinaBR and FN_Assist. They also listed some features of this skin like a Dual Pickaxe and the same pickaxe that seems to stay out while sprinting. They also speculated this skin was Goku Black.

But GMatrixGames was the one who found the most convincing evidence. And fans are also elated to hear the arrival of the new Goku skin.

This rumored arrival has initiated multiple Dragon Ball and Fortnite fans to welcome Goku Black into the battle royale. They are spamming the gifs of their beloved villain in the comments.

But some fans have got tired of getting Goku skins. They are wishing to get other popular animes like One Piece or Tekken into the game.
