Kick might not be the streaming platform that it was hyped to be. With Twitch’s growing restrictions, Kick gained momentum in the community for its lenient regulations. A long line of streamers and creators migrated to the green platform from Twitch. However, humorous content creator and YouTuber Jon Zherka is finding the platform to be rather strict than it was previously thought to be.
Only yesterday, news came forward about a physical brawl that broke out between Zherka and HSTikkyTokky. HS was in Miami having a good time with his buddy Adin Ross when the duo was attacked by Zherka. Though the fight didn’t end in Zherka’s favor, his actions were enough to get him banned from Kick.

Now, Kick CEO Ed Craven addressed the issue in a recent streaming session. Someone in the chatbox asked Eddie to unban Jon Zherka on the platform. Craven couldn’t help but laugh at the request and said “I didn’t ban Zherka“. Instead, he said, it was Zherka’s unprecedented attack on HSTikkyTokky, which violated Kick’s TOS (terms of services) that got him banned from the streaming platform.

However, Eddie did hint that Zherka is likely to remain banned from Kick for some time. He referred to Zherka’s violent behavior that was displayed to the world yesterday and Eddie made it clear, “…we can’t have that violent s***“. Eddie then quickly turned his focus on interacting with a fan and didn’t bother spending more time discussing Zherka’s fate on Kick.
