Nintendo’s Kirby and the Forgotten Land goes past 4 million sales in 15 weeks

However, there seems to be a bit of complexity for this stat because Nintendo had previously claimed that Kirby’s Dream Land, on the Game Boy, had sold 5 million units. So it may be the case that the company is suggesting that the previous information was inaccurate, and that Forgotten Land is, in fact, the best Kirby game to date.

All things considered though, it’s a great achievement for the entire franchise. Because it took nearly two decades for the Forgotten Land title to come into existence. It became possible only after Nintendo joined hands with developer HAL Laboratory to make the first 3D platformer (excluding the spin-offs).
