The 35-year-old joined Instagram on July 27, which was a joyful moment for his fans. But little did they know that the Aston Martin driver would make his Instagram debut with heartbreaking news for fans and the F1 community.

After 16 years in the finest motorsport, Vettel has decided to call quits on his glorious career. The 2022 season wasn’t going as Vettel wanted it to. Recently, there have been many doubts about him quitting the sport at the end of the season. But those doubts are no longer there as he will not be on the grid next year.

Sebastian Vettel announcing his retirement is a huge deal for not just F1 but the entire motorsport, including the F1 eSports. Many eSports players took an interest in F1, watching Vettel cruising through the track in his single-seater and lifting four world championship titles.
Many famous eSports entities like Team Quadrant and its members Aarav ‘Aarava’ Amin, Steve ‘Super GT’ Alvarez Brown, and Maria ‘RiaBish’ Bish also expressed their sorrow for Sebastian Vettel’s retirement.
