According to a prominent industry expert, a brand new Call of Duty game is likely to be revealed this summer. This is indeed a moment of joy for all Call of Duty fans. Especially for all the fans who have been waiting for the next installment in this ever-popular gaming franchise. The new Call of Duty game is expected to be a reboot of the 2009 release Modern Warfare II (2022).

Apart from this, the reason behind the October release of Modern Warfare II (2022) is the poor performance in terms of sales with regard to the 2021 release Call of Duty: Vanguard.
