Famous leaker and industry insider Shiina just revealed that Epic Games is reportedly working on a mid-season update for Fortnite. The claims are based on a datamine report that suggests the upcoming additions to the battle royale game. Simply put, expect some dinosaurs or even scenes with tornado!

Shiina posted a tweet regarding several strings that indicate a “mid-season” Fortnite update. If that’s the case, then fans have a huge reason to be excited as they could receive exciting new content. It will also be quite unexpected from Epic Games to bring such an update in an ongoing season of the immensely popular battle royale.

Fortnite mid-season update rumors and details

In the tweet, Shiina suggested that Fortnite may reveal weather or tornado based updates, if it’s the case indeed. Moreover, they also wrote that dinosaurs could be making their way into the game. Well, that’s going to be interesting for the players who will surely love such an inclusion.

Fortnite’s current season already has a lot of exciting content for the players, and this could be the cherry on top.

Elsewhere in the battle royale, players are busy finding Snowball launchers. If you want to reach them, there are three routes namely via the chests, Sgt. Winter’s presents, or killing an opponent. And of course, one can always just catch another player who’s using the weapon. Just simply kill them and loot the content.

Meanwhile, the game’s developer is having a giveaway month right now in which they’re offering many iconic titles for free. If you are interested, you can surely go for them and download the game of your choice on each new day. Some of the free giveaways already done by Epic so far include names like Shenmue 3, Neon Abyss, and Remnant: From the Ashes. However, there are more names as well, that might become available till the end of December. Several leaked reports claim that some of them will be the Undertale, A Way Out, Katana Zero, Firewatch, and many others.
