The game-of-the-year contender Elden Ring recently received an update, changing the dynamics of the game even further. This came to notice when Bandai Namco recently uploaded a patch note suggesting changes to damage scaling, ray tracing, and so forth.

With the release of this latest patch, fans will now get to see some better graphical enhancement. As well as there are hints of some upcoming DLC in the released patch note. With this, a set of new updates are also added that will make the game even more enjoyable to play than before.

What does the latest 1.07 patch for Elden Ring adds to the game?

The latest patch note by Bandai Namco suggests that the update brings “balance adjustments to improve the stability of gameplay.” As well as the spells, skills, incantations, and weapons have been changed to bring more versatility to the game for each player’s style. Notably, the weapons and spells have been separately updated for PvE and PvP matches.

This means that the player will now have to make more changes in their gameplay style and weapon selection to fight against different types of opponents, both offline and online. Additionally, the game is now adding Ray Tracing for the game to make it look more dynamic than before.

The patch also adds more styles for the combat, giving a total overhaul to the game. Also, there are a number of bug fixes that caused players to get frustrated at some point. Thus, Elden Ring had taken charge of these bugs and was also willing to change anything else that comes up. The note says, “We will continue to provide improvement update in the future so you can enjoy ELDEN RING more comfortably.”

Thus, players can rest assured that the patches will soon fix any bugs or glitches that the game has been experiencing for some time. Notably though, the overall update can affect players who don’t have a high-end PC. But apart from that, the patch is very well received by fans.
