The official Pokemon franchise is all set to welcome a new experience in November this year. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet marks the series’ 9th generation and will host a new region alongside new species.

The latest official trailer for the game released last month and gave out a lot of features that fans cannot wait to try. To fuel some more anticipation, a leaker recently revealed more details from the upcoming game that easily caught every fan’s eyes.

Even though The Pokemon Company is very vigilant of leaks, its IPs are not entirely immune to data mining. For example, in the case of the franchise’s big January release this year, leakers were able to get hold of a leaked copy of Pokemon Legends Arceus, almost a week before its intended release.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is slated to release on November 18, 2022. Moreover, fans expect The Pokemon Company and Nintendo to release another trailer before the D-day! Usually, leaks happen right before an official event. As a result, the sudden leak has led to fans speculating for a new announcement in the next few days.

Leaks reveal 3 new species and more in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

According to the latest leak, fans will be meeting 3 new Pokemon species alongside 6 new Trainer characters and 1 Rival character. The leaker also gave out some pictures which support his/her claim. However, the pictures are heavily blurred, so fans will not be able to get a clear view of what’s upcoming.

Although the pictures aren’t clear, well-informed fans are taking guesses of their own. Moreover, another reliable leaker of the name Khu weighed in and confirmed that one of the pictures features a Quaxly evolution and the other a Sprigatito.

Another leaker, Centro Leaks said that the third picture in the Pokemon species list appears to be an evolution of Girafarig.

Some fans are confused about the number of trainers in the game. While the leak mentions “all gym leaders”, fans cannot wrap their heads around the fact that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will only have 6 trainers.

All the leakers mentioned in this article have good track records from the past. As a result, fans can expect this to be true. However, these are leaks and fans should take them with a grain of salt to avoid disappointment.

Alongside all the above, Centro Leaks has also revealed new mechanics that could show up in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

As it happens, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is not much of a secret anymore. Whether Game Freak and The Pokemon Company officially announces the leaked Pokemon is something we are yet to see!
