Epic Games intends to fight back

Epic Games have mentioned that these claims are meritless and they have implemented a number of parental control features in-game to prevent overspending and to allow parents to track their kid’s playtime.

Epic Games also recently announced a new kind of account known as Cabined accounts for children. These would apply to all the games that kids usually play, such as Fall Guys, Rocket League, and Fortnite.

These accounts would automatically be implemented for players under 18, as they would be asked to input their parent’s email id along with theirs, who would then be able to keep an eye on how much time their kid spends in the game and how much money they spend during.
