League of Legends fans are exuberant. The long-awaited second season of “Arcane”, the animated series based on the popular Riot Games title, has been announced. Its first season garnered widespread fan appreciation after being released on Netflix in 2021. According to the latest information, the show is set to arrive in late 2024. While waiting for a whole after learning about an incoming program can be difficult, the series has other problems in its hands already.

2024 is expected to see a lot of other video game-based shows and movies arriving and League of Legends Arcane can face tough competition maintaining its fan following under such circumstances.

2024 promises big things for video game fans

Fans expect to see the return of Sonic the Hedgehog, the iconic character from SEGA, on the big screen next year. The first two movies from the franchise were lauded for their depiction of the immensely popular blue blur and the next one is expected to maintain the same levels of accuracy as the original Sonic titles. The next Sonic movie will arrive in December 2024. With the return of such an iconic character, League of Legends Arcane will have to deal with a lot of competition already to maintain its attractiveness.

On the other hand, Paramount Pictures will also probably hit the TV screens with the second season of Halo next year as well. The first season was launched in 2022 and fans of the FPS franchise were enthralled by its faithfulness to video games the second season is highly anticipated by many worldwide.
