In the online gaming community, TYLER1 stands as an iconic figure whose energy, charm, and positivity have won the hearts of millions of fans. However, this beloved ball of fluff is currently going through a challenging period, as he and his girlfriend, Macaiyla, recently shared the devastating news with their followers.

Since February of this year, TYLER1, whose real name is Tyler Steinkamp, and his girlfriend Macaiyla have been actively attempting to start a family. In March, the couple revealed that their hopes have been realized as theory expects their very first child. Unfortunately, the couple had to face the heart-wrenching reality of a miscarriage which Macaiyla bravely revealed on June 27 in a moving Twitter message.

TYLER1 and Macaiyla share their terrible loss

Macaiyla revealed that on June 17, she experienced excruciating pain, prompting Tyler to rush her to the emergency room. It was there that doctors delivered the devastating news that the couple have to lose their baby. Macaiyla was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy, a condition where the fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, commonly in a fallopian tube.

Emergency surgery was required since Macaiyla’s condition was so serious. Unfortunately, the surgery caused her to lose one of her fallopian tubes, which made the condition more severe for the mother. She wrote on Twitter about the extreme struggle they have encountered throughout this process.
