According to multiple rumors and leaks, Fornite Season 9 could bring back a controversial aspect to the game. Now, it looks like Epic Games is planning to bring mechs back to Fortnite in the new season. But it is not what it looks like. There is a catch. The controversial mechs are coming back with some changes.
Reliable Fortnite leaker, HYPEX revealed that a brand new design has been introduced with the game’s file, will all the latest changes and updates. Basically, you can say that the final stage of implementation is really close.

Changes in mechs Fortnite
Taking about the updates, HYPEX has also revealed the changes. They have increased the cooldown of dashing mechanics from five to seven seconds. Meanwhile, the stop damage has been reduced along with the shields. The shield’s power has also been reduced from 150 to 100 in the latest update. Above all, jump damage has been nerfed as well. The major criticism lodged against nerfs in the past was mainly because they were too OP. So, Epic Games is trying to solve this issue.
