The next version of the game will bring forward 3 new brand new characters, 3 new islands, and more. The stream revealed a new range of content and events that will be added to the game.

These amazing pieces of content allow fans to pick up lucrative resources to upgrade characters, weapons and earn more primogems.

All the events coming to Genshin Impact version 2.1

First up, the gaming studio revealed a magnificent event for the city of Liyue. This event is going to go by the name “Moonlight Merriment” that will offer primogems, Mora, the crown of insight, hero’s wit, and talent upgrade items. This will allow you to refresh your resources and pick up beneficial primogems that will count towards character banners.

The studio has also planned to add a new fishing system that will allow you to earn amazing rewards. Gamers will be granted fishing rods and baits that can be used to catch various fish. Additionally, there will be a special event dedicated to this latest system. This will be yet another fantastic event that can help you to pick up primogems. The event houses a special lunar leviathan that everyone must aim to catch in order to win lucrative rewards.

There will be another interesting time-trial event called ‘Hyakunin Ikki’ that can help you to earn more priomgems. This event will take place in the form of a tournament. Where the travelers will have to form teams of characters to beat various challenges. This event will test your fighting ability and knowledge of team composition.
