“Honestly, I feel like most people wouldn’t believe. It’s literally something, like, out of a movie,” said Thea Booysen. She told the host that basically, their relationship tale began when Jimmy first visited South Africa. He was accompanied by Logan and his other fellow creators. They had planned to shoot a video but then everyone of them got COVID. They were forced to cancel everything and stayed in South Africa.

Since Thea Booysen is also from an African country, she was in the same area in which MrBeast was living with his team. She told that Logan forced Jimmy to go out into a club. They were chilling there, and that’s when one of Thea’s friends stumbled upon them. After that, they all went out for dinner. When they planned it the next time, they asked her as well to join.

“I said okay I will leave the house. I’ll join you guys for a quick coffee.” She mentioned that she was highly curious to see MrBeast as in she wanted to see how he was in real life, as a person. Basically, she wanted to find out whether Jimmy was actually a down-to-earth guy or not. It seems like this was the main reason the two got along quite well after meeting the first time.
