The latest entry in this segment will be the newly announced World’s Greatest Tournament by Ludwig.

The content creator is pitting multiple gamers in a battle ranging across numerous games. Furthermore, he has revealed the partial roster competing in this tournament. With a new rival tournament incoming, fans are ecstatic about it.

Ludwig announces a tournament for contestants to duke it out over various games

In a recent trailer for World’s Greatest Tournament, Ludwig was speculating about who is the best player currently. The first player he considered was the best Valorant player currently TenZ. He then further brought up SonicFox and Supertf as worthy contenders for the best spot.

With this, he announced the World’s Greatest Tournament alongside YouTube Gaming. In this tournament, 16 contestants hailing from different games will be competing with each other for the top spot. Furthermore, they will compete in eight games, namely, Minecraft, Genshin Impact, Fall Guys, Lego 2K Drive, Street Fighter 6, Xdefiant, Tetris Effect: Connected, and Trackmania.

The announcement made by Ludwig has since gone viral on the internet with over 3 million views. Hordes of fans are jumping in to pitch their favorite streamers. Furthermore, some fans are pitching themselves to be a participant.

Amidst all this, a fan speculated that Ludwig has leaked the release date of Xdefiant. The game is not out yet and it will be featured in the tournament. Ludwig has also shown a cheeky reaction to these speculations. Multiple official sources have also shown interest in the tournament too.
