We all know that workdays in traditional offices can be a drag, but not in “The Office.” NBC’s The Office is a mockumentary masterpiece with some of the most hilarious moments, storylines, and, of course, pranks. It’s pretty hard to select one prank from the series as the entire series is filled with pranks.

Despite that, one prank that stands out from the rest is the ‘updog’ prank. If you religiously follow The Office, you know what we are talking about. Basically in this prank, the first person says “updog.” Then the second person who doesn’t know what “updog” is will say “what’s up dog.” Then the first person replies, “not much, you?”

No doubt, it’s one of the signature pranks of The Office series. And Ludwig, the popular streamer, recently pulled this prank on his mom.

Ludwig Ahgren, in his livestream, pulled the aforementioned classic prank on his mother from the TV series. Ludwig started the prank by calling his mother.

He said, “Were you sleeping? Oh, I’m sorry, I will call you tomorrow then.”

To which his mother replied, “No, well you woke us up.”

Now, to start the prank, Ludwig said, “I thought you were still awake. I was just, uh, sorry I was just calling. It was a streaming thing. It was unrelated. I was just gonna see if you knew um updog but that was it.”

After struggling a bit to understand what Ludwig was trying to say, his mother finally replied, “What’s up, dog?”

Ludwig was hilariously said, “Not much. You?” and hung up the phone. This was followed by a burst of laughter.

Unsurprisingly, this prank has been a great hit among all the Ludwig fans. Especially the comment section of this YouTube video is filled with hilarious remarks related to The Office. Maybe this will even motivate Ludwig to pull more classic pranks on his family and friends. Maybe Ludwig will even try such funny pranks on QTCinderella in the near future. It’s hard to tell what the future holds.
