EA reveals massive plans for Black Friday in FIFA 22 and announces all-new Signature Signings, starring Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, to kick things off in style. The devs have everything aligned for a massive weekend of exciting content for players as a part of Ultimate Team.

These new content rollouts will give players a chance to take their squads up a notch. And that’s where the Signature Signings come. Honoring “the most successful transfers” in recent years, EA has announced 11 players that will be a part of the special club.

FIFA 22: De Bruyne receives highest rating in new Black Friday content

Black Fridays usually pave the way for a massive content wave in FIFA Ultimate Team. And this year, it’s no different. Over the course of the weekend starting from Friday, the devs will introduce new content in various ways such as Signature Signings, Best of TOTW, Flash SBCs, Objectives, and much more.

Now, to talk about what the Signature Signings really are, EA has decided to honor stand-out signings in recent history who performed exceptionally well in their debut season at their current clubs. And who better than Kevin De Bruyne to claim the top spot? The Belgian already holds some of the most outrageous records in football history, personal accolades, and trophies to his name.

The Signature Signings will feature 10 other accomplished stars apart from Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne.

As per the official news wire, these changes will be permanent upgrades in the game and will be launched in two different slots. The first one will start on November 26th at 9 AM ET/ 6 AM PT / 2 PM UTC through November 30th at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET/ 6 PM UTC. The second slot, also termed as the “Mini Release” will start on November 28th at 9 AM ET/ 6 AM PT / 2 PM UTC ending on November 30th at the same time as the first.
