The YouTuber turned boxer Logan Paul has had a phenomenal character arc. He has left the days of ‘Logan Paul Vs’ in the past as the Maverick phased out his vlogging based career path for boxing, and more recently, sports hydration. For the uninitiated, the business mogul inside Paul recently drove him to launch his own sports drink called ‘Prime Hydration’.

What’s more, the drink is a collaborative venture between the Maverick and his once bitter-rival KSI. They announced the product during a Instagram livestream on January 4, to the shock of their fanbase. But perhaps the biggest shock of all came on February 14, when Kanye West himself promoted the sports drink.

Logan Paul and KSI were the forerunners of the phenomenon of influencer boxing. The genre gained a lot of traction after their seminal bout, but both YouTubers moved on to better things. With Logan Paul going on to fight the former undefeated stalwart Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition bout and KSI focusing on his music career.

Few expected them to collaborate after the bad blood between the two, but the two entrepreneurs dispelled those notions with the launch of Prime Hydration. Furthermore, they’ve hyped up their audience once again as Logan’s latest tweet sees the rap icon Kanye ‘Yeezy’ West promoting Prime.

The popularity of the tweet and Kanye’s involvement in the product’s promotion speaks volumes about how far the enterprising influencers have come. And Logan’s fanbase is all praise.

Logan and KSI aren’t greenhorns regarding marketing themselves. The duo pulled off a viral stunt recently where they went undercover and posed as Walmart employees to sell their drink. It made for some hilarious encounters which even involved yelling at customers. Prime Hydration sold out online after a fabulous launch, and is currently available at select stores in the US and UK.
