Super Mario Bros. Wonder amazed fans with Nintendo’s creativity. After the New Super Mario Bros. U’s release in 2012, this is the second time Nintendo brought back the traditional Mario game’s side-scrolling feature. And now it looks like the nostalgia among the fans is still intact. At least the UK physical charts show a heck load of Mario fans in the country.

Wonder beat Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 this week in the physical charts of the United Kingdom- “Super Mario Bros Wonder swaps places with Spider-Man 2 in the UK physical charts this week.”

Adding more to this, he also mentioned that after its release on the 20th of October, Nintendo’s new side-scrolling Mario game suffered a 55% down in sales in the first week. However, now it looks like Mario fans have finally helped this game to come back as the chart’s topper in the second week.
In the game’s second week after release, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 faced a 69% down in sales, which also helped Super Mario Bros. Wonder to secure first place. Not just that but this source also informed fans about Metal Gear Collection. Konami’s collection of Metal Gear games received a fourth position in the list. How incredible is that?
