Massive September Leak Reveals Huge Update for Nintendo Fans

Splatoon 3 won’t be the only blockbuster to make its way for the fans. That’s because the Japanese gaming giant Nintendo is set to deliver another Switch exclusive soon in coming months.

This Nintendo title is none other than the new entry in the Fire Emblem franchise. While the game is yet to make its way across the globe, we do have some updated information regarding the Switch title. According to the latest leak, the file size of the game has been reportedly unveiled.

Fire Emblem Engage file size revealed for Nintendo Switch before the release

As reported by Nintendo Life, the developer and publisher’s official website recently dropped some indication regarding what the fans can expect for the size of the Switch game. Going by the listing, Fire Emblem Engage will take around 15 GB of size on the players’ handheld consoles. In other words, they will need to have this much space to install the upcoming title.

However, this requirement is subject to change since there’s no official confirmation available just yet. If one wants to compare, the past two Fire Emblem entries had a size similar to what the current update suggests. Fire Emblem Three Houses took approximately 11.6 GB of space while the more recent spin-off in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes required 13.4 GB of space on the Nintendo Switch.

Talking about the game itself, then Engage will mark the return of Marth & Celica, along with some fresh characters. And yes, there will be a new protagonist as well. Fans will witness Alear, with red and blue hair, who will be the main focus of the game’s storyline.

The aforementioned heroes will come together, in a turn-based tactical adventure, to fight the evil forces. While doing so, they will also have to bring peace to the Continent of Elyos.
