It also marked Shroud’s return to competitive gaming after his retirement from CS:GO in 2018.

Shroud has joined the Valorant roster of the Sentinels and is a part of their playing 5 for the upcoming Last Chance Qualifiers for VCT 2022. The short announcement trailer was all about Shroud, triggering the chills in his fans. Moreover, he ended the trailer with a killer dialogue, “I am back, baby!”, leading to fans swooning over the trailer. But that wasn’t it!

Shroud also expressed his love for TenZ with the exciting catchphrase, “I hecking love TenZ!” at the end of the video. Both eSports legends have expressed their admiration for each other previously and with Shroud joining the Sentinels, many fans are expecting an undefeatable duo out of them. Well, that was until Cloud9 discovered a legendary one-man army in them!

The Sentinels took to their Twitter to share a heart-warming picture of Valorant pros TenZ and Shroud, leading to fans expressing their excitement about the duo.

The brain behind Cloud9’s Twitter team took the first names of Shroud (Michael) and TenZ (Tyson) to create a legendary collage, Mike Tyson. Mike Tyson is a boxing legend and is considered one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time. As expected, fans loved the fusion!
