The ongoing streaming war between Twitch and Kick is not new for fans. Both platforms have been duking it out to capture as many big names on the streaming market to boost up their own forum. With Kick being on a rampant streak, many fans believe Twitch is lagging behind. However, the Amazon-backed platform is still the leader in live streaming.

Dream calls Adin Ross the deciding factor in Twitch vs Kick streaming platform

Recently, Dream appeared on the BFFs podcast with Dave Portnoy, Josh Richards, and Brianna Chickenfry. The group talked about content creators and recent happenings in pop culture. During a segment, they played a game called ‘Start, bench, or cut’. In this game, the player has to decide what celebrities they want in their teams as starters or benchers, or if they want to cut someone off. The Minecraft YouTuber had to pick between xQc, Adin Ross, and Kai Cenat. And, he was quick to make his decision.

He immediately benched Ross but when he realized he could cut him out of the team, he immediately did that. “Cut Adin not bench. Your cut Adin you’re out,” he said. He further selected to start with xQc and bench Kai Cenat. However, Richards had a burning question for Dream and asked, “And why are you cutting Adin?”

At first, Dream hesitated to answer this question as he did not want to get into the drama. But after some persuasion from Richards and Portnoy, Dream finally shared his thoughts. “I don’t think I need to clarify. I think people will understand. He’s the only reason right now that Kick is not kicking Twitch’s ass,” he said.

Adin Ross is yet to respond to this comment from Dream. However, Kick is still making heavy strides for the crown of Twitch. They have acquired a multitude of star streamers like Drake and BruceDromEmOff. Twitch on the other hand is facing criticism for changing its policies regarding branded content. For this, they have been facing severe backlash.
