Apex Legends Championship 2023 is one such extremely popular tournament once again leaving fans speechless!

While nothing beats the moment of seeing your favorite team win the title, it creates a heartwarming moment for all spectators in the crowd. That is when two fans come together, in front of the audience. That is exactly what happened at the Apex Legends Global Series Championship 2023.

Mirage proposes to Wattson at the Apex Legends Championship

The world of Apex Legends has seen a lot of battles won and lost, but never has it seen two of its champions in the game get engaged on stage. During the event, a Mirage and a Wattson got onto the stage, as the former proposed to his significant other. The Wattson immediately said yes and had a wide smile across her face.

Fans did have some clue about the proposal, as the Mirage started off by appreciating the Wattson, named Sarah. As he went on with his speech, his hands began fidgeting with a pocket on his belt, and the crowd collectively gasped because they knew what was going to happen. With the plan in motion, he got down on one knee and proposed. Sarah smiled and said yes, with the roaring approval of the crowd. “Sarah, you have been the absolute highlight of my life. You have shown me what love is. I wanted to know if you would be my forever duo,” he said as part of his speech.

As the events unfolded, the crowd forgot for a moment they were at an Apex Legends tournament. The tournament in question is one of the biggest events in the game’s history. The tournament itself has a group stage that moves into an upper and lower bracket system to get to the winners.
