MrBeast’s Squid Game is a big hit

MrBeast recreated every single set from the original series. The popular red light/green light game was brought back and every single detail was taken care of. However, unlike the original Squid Game, those players who reached the final round were also given consolation prizes. What’s worth noticing here is, unlike the series, the MrBeast game doesn’t have any gripping intense storyline or violence. Still, the video is going viral all over the world and now it has netted over 150 million views on his official YouTube channel and that too in just 10 days.

What’s more interesting is the original Squid Games was very popular on its own and the stakes were pretty high. The winner of Mr. Beast’s Squid Games got a cash prize of $456,000, which is of course, less than the original prize amount in the series (45.6 billion). But still, it is a significant amount for such a nonviolent, fun game.
