The Squid Game video is the most-viewed video on Jimmy’s channel, with 281 million views. This video significantly boosted his channel to reach 100 million subscribers. However, it wasn’t an easy video for the 24-year-old as he didn’t only have to spend a lot but also come out of his shell.

During a live stream on his other channel, MrBeast revealed he gets shy to shoot his energetic intros in front of many people. So, he had to work much harder for the Squid Game video, as he would have to shoot the introduction in front of 456 people.

Donaldson said, “You don’t know how many times I’ve rehearsed that intro because there are so many people right here. See the sea of people behind me. I was like so nervous because I hate filming intros in front of people. So, I knew I’d have to stand in front of 456. So, I probably rehearsed that a hundred times. I know it by memory.”

How does Jimmy’s crew handle the intro shoots?

After knowing more about the Squid Game intro, many fans might think he was shy because of so many people. However, the Carolin-born even gets nervous in front of his crew and friends.

On the same live stream, MrBeast’s crew member and friend Karl Jacobs revealed what the team has to do to shoot those energetic intros sometimes. Karl said, “He’ll literally like, hey, can you guys turn around so I could do the intro? And anybody that’s not a cameraman literally turns around on the set. It’s so funny.”
