MrBeast gets called out by different names at Walmart

Once you become famous, people refer you to your content. For example, if you are a magician walking down in public, people will address you as the magician guy. But when you start making different types of content on YouTube, be ready to be called out by multiple names. Such has been the case for the burger company owner, MrBeast.

On May 21, Jimmy tweeted talking about his experience at Walmart. ‘He said, This is how random people in Walmart have addressed me each year 2019 – You’re that tree planting guy, 2020 – You’re that money guy, 2021 – You buried yourself alive!, 2022 – I liked your Squid Game.’

There is no doubt that the people following him for a long time know what he’s talking about. As mentioned above, Jimmy is known for his expensive stunts. In 2019, he started a campaign to plant 20 million trees with the hashtag #teamtrees. The event became a huge success as he raised $20 million in just 55 days.

A year later, MrBeast spiced things up for his YouTube channel as he posted videos of crazy challenges. A few of them include, ‘I Gave My Brother 24 Hours To Spend $100,000, Spending $1,000,000 In 24 Hours, and I Gave My Credit Card To Random People’.

Now, brace yourself for the final saga as we move to 2022. Five months back, MrBeast created a parody of the popular K-Drama Squid Games. The stakes of the video were so high as it cost $456,000 for production. It not only became the most-watched video in under 24 hours but broke several records on YouTube.

Fans soon started predicting what the YouTuber might be referred to as for the upcoming years. But the highlight of the thread was League of Legends creator Mark Merrill, who referred to him as a League of Legends player. In no time. Jimmy replied jokingly saying, ‘*One day team owner ;)’

Now you know why random people at Walmart address MrBeast by such names.
