Following the Squid Game video, fans thought they knew what MrBeast could do, but the creator only pushed these boundaries. This time around, he built an entire set out of lasers, getting contestants to make their way through it for an ultimate prize.

MrBeast makes a $250,000 challenge just around lasers
In classic MrBeast fashion, Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson built a maze out of lazers, with people competing for the prize of $250,000. These challenges were in no way easy for contestants and started out with the difficulty level already dialed up to 11.
What contestants did not know was the coming levels would become more challenging as they went through each of the eight levels of the challenge.

Each challenge provided its unique options. Some needed the competitor’s agility, while others became a patience game. Contestants began dropping out quickly, but their most difficult round came at the fifth level. Surrounded by a field of lasers, contestants just had to make a dash for the prize money. Sounds easy, right?
The only condition was the lasers would turn off in the following 10 hours for 3.5 seconds only. Surprisingly, all four contestants in this round made it through.

As with most MrBeast videos, Donaldson offered an exit for any player not wanting to continue, with the reward being a Tesla for making it so far. None of the remaining contestants took up the offer, setting their sights on the $250,000. In the final round, only two remained, and it turned into a game of patience. Both contestants steadily made their way through the final laser obstacle course, hoping the other one would lose.
Number 4 and Number 6 inched at the prize money in the center of the room, wanting to go get the prize for themselves. Unfortunately for Number 4, despite being ahead, he touched a laser, with Number 6 being crowned the victor. It was not all in vain for 4. He went home with $10,000 for holding a PRIME bottle during a challenge.

PRIME joins Donaldson’s sponsors
While the challenge itself was incredible, the biggest surprise was seeing PRIME shown in the video. Later, Donaldson revealed they joined MrBeast’s efforts in creating the video, with Donaldson even getting contestants to do a challenge while carrying a bottle of PRIME.

It certainly looks like PRIME is pushing its products in all areas. It is evident with their involvement in the MrBeast video coming weeks after KSI and Logan Paul‘s boxing matches. And the brand left no stone unturned, with MrBeast talking about the hydration drink in the video.
Perhaps MrBeast could see Logan Paul and KSI appear in a future video as part of the PRIME brand. Fans hope to see this collaboration one day!
