When MrBeast was on his way to becoming the king of YouTube, his brand expanded from the main channel. This included specialized channels meant for specific activities, such as reaction videos, gaming videos, and more. Since it is MrBeast, there had to be one to help people. That is where Beast Philanthropy comes in. As the name implies, the goal of the channel is to carry out philanthropic activities as part of the MrBeast brand. In their newest video, they brought smiles to the faces of young kids going into surgery.

Beast Philanthropy reached out to a hospital in Davao City, Philippines to help fund surgery for children. This was for a form of deformation known as Clubfoot.

It all started when a video of a kid went viral. This kid had clubfoot, and the video showed him before and after surgery. MrBeast and his team were left stunned by how effective the surgery was. They resolved to help in any way they could. As a result, Darren and Dan, two associates of MrBeast, set out to see what they could find out.

Once in the Philippines, the two met doctors and children, who spoke to them about the condition. Seeing the trouble it caused the children in the form of bullying and not being able to do a lot of things, Darren and Dan knew what they had to do. The initial idea was to fund 100 surgeries at the hospital. However, once they saw the steely resolve of children, they knew they could do more.

MrBeast’s work here was even more crucial when doctors gave some background information. Most of these cases come from children living in rural areas. Because they do not get access to medical institutes, a lot of them end up giving up on finding a solution. Moreover, there is a long waiting list for these surgeries. When Dan and Darren visited the hospital, there were over 500 children on the list.

MrBeast’s efforts brought a ray of hope for these doctors. Being able to provide children with a golden chance like this is a rare opportunity, more so given that there is also a financial aspect to this. MrBeast promised to continue his efforts, paying for over 1000 appointments. He also set up a fundraiser that would go to helping these children.
