During his interview with Colin and Samir, MrBeast’s manager Reed Duchscher disclosed how during the first 48 hours of MrBeast Burgers it was almost like a circus. He said, “The sheer amount of orders on that first night was so wild. We had like 100 cars waiting outside restaurants waiting for their orders and there weren’t enough delivery drivers to order the amount of hamburgers that were being ordered.”

Further explaining the situation, he said, “Every place was running out of buns and hamburgers. And so people were calling me like we don’t have any more buns and then someone would have to drive to a grocery store to get buns and it was just utter circus.”
He also explained how they handled the customer service all by themselves while people were ordering and the burgers were not being delivered on time. He said, “Jimmy and I like sat on our couches and we were on Twitter for like six hours or plus. We had no customer support and people were just yelling on Twitter about not receiving their orders for like two hours. He and I were just playing damage control.”

After this Reed also explained how the incident changed a lot for them when they launched Feastables. He said, “Feastables as we did completely different because of that. We learned a lot from both of these cases that, like you, have to be able to solve things that could potentially go wrong.”
This shows that both MrBeast and Reed had learned a lot from their experiences and can now handle any such situation with relative ease. Although, it can be noted that such random incidences actually make MrBeast’s videos even more interesting to watch, thus it can’t be said what he might come up with.
