Activision has been pushing a lot of content for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II this year. Thanks to multiple seasonal updates, the ongoing installment has received numerous items to attract the community. They include interesting maps, new modes, Operator skins, and most importantly, weapons.

So far, multiple guns have been introduced in MWII since its massive launch last year. However, the one gun from the assault rifle category that has really swayed most fans is the M13B. It was revealed towards the end of 2022 and since then it has stayed among the most powerful go-to weapons. The mighty AR is also going to witness its own, enhanced version, in M13C very soon. The latter is part of the new weapons list for Season 5.

How to unlock M13C in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Season 5

Following a long wait, Activision recently released the Season 5 content earlier this week. It brings in various new elements to make the gameplay experience more immersive and engaging. While it has already revealed a few amazing weapons, some are yet to become available to players. Among the ones that will arrive mid-season is the M13C assault rifle.

According to the devs, the “.300 BLK counterpart to the M13B, this full-auto Assault Rifle is versatile and hard-hitting as a main weapon or sniper support secondary.” Considering the fact that it will be a successor to a fan-favorite gun like M13B, one can expect it to be as lethal as its predecessor.

Unfortunately, there’s no information available regarding how players can get the M13C. However, recent leaks have suggested that it’s got a crucial connection with the upcoming reveal event, Shadow Siege, for Modern Warfare III. The latter is the next major installment in the action series. Media outlet CharlieIntel recently shared a tweet mentioning that the assault rifle will be unlocked via Call of Duty 2023’s event in Warzone. Based on rumors, it will be happening on August 17.
