According to the leaker, the Hogwarts Legacy sequel is already in talks and might be in the development phase right now. This leak also gets some solid base as Avalanche Software has added a job posting hiring a Jr. Software Engineer, Dev Support, for their office in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. There is a particular line that has caught the attention of the fans: “Join the team behind the blockbuster open-world action RPG Hogwarts Legacy as we create what’s next!

Although, as of now, there is no clear indication or leak about what kind of sequel fans can expect. Hogwarts Legacy itself was first leaked in 2018 and released in 2023. So, this game took five long years to take shape; it’s pretty obvious that a better and richer sequel would likely demand more. However, it’s a no-brainer that the next big title from Avalanche Software in the Wizarding World franchise will likely be a Harry Potter game. Much to the delight of the fanbase.
