The Call of Duty team has done an incredible job of storytelling with the season trailers. In this latest one, we see that Adler has been rescued by Frank Woods and his team. They are now on their way to secure a satellite package in a desert. During this cut scene, we get a closer look at some of the weapons which will be introduced as part of the Season 4 update.
A familiar LMG will be returning to the game this season. If you look at the cut scene closely, you can see Woods carrying a massive rifle. This is none other than the Ameli LMG which became popular in Call of Duty Ghosts. Adding to the throwback guns, we also see the nail gun in the trailer.

All the new weapons coming to Call of Duty in Season 4
As part of a DLC update in Black Ops III, fans got their first taste of the nail gun. While it may not be the most powerful weapon in the game, it is a lot of fun to use. It will feature a significant amount of bullet drop if it is designed anything like its predecessor.

Looking closely at Adler in the trailer, you will see him carry an SMG on his back. This gun looks like a remake of the legendary Scorpion SMG. However, there are other similar-looking SMGs that it could represent. The CETME model C rifle will also be making an appearance in the upcoming season.
So far, we have gotten a glimpse at the new guns. However, the trailer remains quite silent about the upcoming melee weapons. Alongside the guns, these should also be added over the course of the season. We will also see exciting new game modes and maps in season 4?
